By using the Automated Future website and services, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide Google Business Profile management, AI call answering, and automated follow-up through the Automated Future Growth System. The package is $999 per month, with a $999 one-time setup fee that is waived on a six-month commitment. Each month includes one dedicated AI agent, 1,000 voice minutes, and 5,000 text messages. Additional voice minutes are $0.10 each and additional text messages are $0.03 each. Each additional location is $999 per month with the same included usage. Other work, such as website design, local SEO, paid advertising, and custom integrations, is scoped and quoted separately.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Monthly service does not require a long-term contract; if you choose the six-month commitment, that term applies and the setup fee is waived. Usage beyond the included voice minutes or text messages is billed at the published rates above. Where more than one location is subscribed, each location's included usage is metered separately and is not pooled.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our services lawfully and to obtain proper consent for any customer communications, including call recording and SMS marketing. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
Demonstrations
Demonstrations on our site are simulated and labeled as such. They are illustrative examples, not recordings or live calls, and live voice demonstrations are provided only after your own agent is configured.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of specific business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
